J.D. Power and Associates contacts thousands of insurance customers each year, asking them to rate their satisfaction with their insurance companies in five key areas: policy offerings, pricing, day-to-day interactions, billing and payment and claims.

Year after year, Amica is ranked highest in overall customer satisfaction in both the National Auto Insurance Study and the National Homeowners Insurance Study.
